The best time to walk the old town walls is in the morning or afternoon since it can get pretty hot up there in the middle of the day.

LuĹľa Square Clock Tower
The famous clock tower in Dubrovnik is located near the Ploce entrance. At the top of the tower, there are three iconic bronze statues (Zelenci) that hits the majestic bell every hour.
St. Blasius Church
Right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s historic center, you’ll find St. Blasius church. It’s built in Baroque style and dates back to the early 1700s. The church was built in honor of the patron saint of St. Blasius, and up on the high altar stands a statue of St. Blaise.
Sponza Palace
This beautiful castle is located west of the clock tower and is one of the few historic buildings that survived the earthquake that shook the city in 1667. The palace was built during the 1500s and was built in Gothic/Renaissance style.
