Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center<\/h2>\n

Even before you have entered this place, you can sense that something special is waiting inside. The architecture is fascinating, and it’s quite common that people think that it looks like the building is going to collapse any second. Inside this building, they have large and glamorous exhibitions with varying themes!<\/p>\n

Abu Dhabi\u00a0Ice Skating Rink<\/h2>\n

To go ice skating in the Middle East is perhaps not the first thing you might think of, but in Abu Dhabi, it’s possible to skate all year round. The skating rink is part of the sports center, Zayed Sports City, which also has football fields, tennis\u00a0courts, and several other sports.<\/p>\n

Schejk Zayed Mosque<\/h2>\n

Schejk Zayed is an important and grand mosque which is just as beautiful on the inside as on the outside. Guided tours are available several times during the day, except on Fridays. The mosque has four minarets and 82 domes.<\/p>\n

The mosque can accommodate about 10.000 visitors, but outside the mosque, at its\u00a0“square” there’s room for up to 30.000 people. Women must cover the whole body to visit the mosque. If you don’t have those kinds of clothes, then you can borrow at the entrance!<\/p>\n

Abu Dhabi Zoo – Do not support this attraction<\/h2>\n

The only reason why we have included this attraction in this list\u00a0is because it’s one of the most popular things to do in Abu Dhabi. We want to inform you about how bad it is towards animals to lock them up in a cage for the rest of their lives. Imagine yourself being locked up in the same apartment for the rest of your days – you can’t escape, you can’t hide, and people are constantly looking through your window staring at you. I’m sure that you also would also get that claustrophobic feeling and constant panic that the animals feel while living in captivity.<\/p>\n

Animals are meant to live in the wild, not in captivity. Please, do not support any attractions that involve animals while traveling the world.<\/p>\n

Yas Waterworld<\/h2>\n

This is a large and well-run water park that offers something for the whole family, regardless of age. Here are several rides and one can easily spend a few hours here without getting tired of it. If you want to avoid the queues, then you should visit this place on a weekday.<\/p>\n

Desert Safari<\/h2>\n

Head out to the desert and go for safari and off-road driving. A safari in the desert offers an exciting and fun experience for the whole family. In the Abu Dhabi desert, one can run freely with a car or take a guided\u00a0tour in the desert.<\/p>\n

Saadiyat Beach Golf Club<\/h2>\n

For those interested in golf, it’s to Saadiyat Island and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club you should head. Here awaits a nice and well-kept golf course of the\u00a0highest class. The golf course has a good level of difficulty, where both experienced golfers and those with higher handicaps can get themselves a challenge. At this club, you’ll also find an excellent restaurant and next door there’s a luxury hotel with a great spa!<\/p>\n

Observation Deck at 300<\/h2>\n

Up in Jumeirah Hotel awaits a fantastic\u00a0observation deck that’s open to the public for a small fee. From here you get breathtaking views of the whole city. Two-thirds of the entrance fee can also be used to order something at the bar. One of the best things to do in Abu Dhabi if you enjoy lovely views!<\/p>\n

Yas Mall<\/h2>\n

Yas Mall is a large shopping center that can entertain shopaholics for a couple of hours. Yas Mall is one of Abu Dhabi’s biggest shopping malls and here you’ll find a lot of entertainment and great shopping.<\/p>\n

Saadiyat Public Beach<\/h2>\n

Saadiyat is a public beach in Abu Dhabi, which is located on Saadiyat Island near Saadiyat Beach Golf Club. This beach is of a high standard both regarding sand, water, and facilities.<\/p>\n
